JOHN BELLAN

"CONTEMPORARY ITALIAN ARTIST

Between Figuration and Abstraction".

...Come with me over the Dolomites...

John Bellan's painting moves freely between figuration and abstraction, where form, gesture and matter often converge within the same work. Drawing inspiration from the visual language of primitive and cave painting, Bellan transforms ancient signs into an instinctive contemporary vocabulary.
